senior digital strategist

Job Description

The Digital Strategist is the client’s primary point of contact with the team. They plan, strategize, allocate resources, manage customer expectations, communicate, and ensure that the project is completed and the client objectives are met.

What you will do?

  • You will take the strategy agreed on in the contract and plan out the details in Asana. That strategy will be done by another team through the assessment stage.
  • You will manage the project resource allocation, assign tasks to internal teams, or source freelancers to work on specific tasks.
  • You will manage client expectations and keep them updated via Asana, Slack, and email, including reporting to stakeholders on progress and results.
  • You will oversee the project as a whole with a shared responsibility to the goals. It will be your responsibility to lead the client to success.
  • You will have the ability to pivot and change the strategic direction if aligned with the goals.

What you need to succeed?

  • Communication skills at the highest level. You need a consultant mindset and deep care for your clients to succeed in this role.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills – you will be working with a team of experts, and it’s your job to measure their performance, motivate them, and lead them through.
  • Perfect English skills (we communicate in English internally and with the clients)
  • University graduate (bonus if it’s a known university)
  • Three years experience doing digital marketing with a client-facing role
  • Data and analytics skills
  • Experience and knowledge in every aspect of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Email marketing, CRO)
  • A firm believer in digital marketing and how it can grow businesses revenue.
  • Ability to work remotely with minimum supervision
  • Result-oriented mindset – relentless passion for getting results no matter what.
  • Not afraid to get your hand dirty and work with your team on some of the tasks.
  • Based in Indonesia

  • Once you accept the offer, we start the onboarding process and the training.
