We understand that price is one of the most important aspects you consider while making a significant business decision.
Every year, hundreds of businesses approach us for SEO assistance. They all request quotes or estimates — and many people will inquire about pricing in the first few minutes of our talks.
We get it. Everyone wants to know about cost. You need to be sure you’re making the right decision for your business.
It’s difficult to give one-size-fits-all pricing advice because so many variables can affect it.
Here, you’ll find realistic pricing ranges and predictions based on real-world cases and current customers.
What does the typical client spend with INCIFY?
Depending on company size, needs, and desired speed of transformation, typical INCIFY clients spend between $16,000 and $80,000 per year. We understand that’s a big range. We’ll cover the particulars below.
First off, the work we do is finite — and we begin each engagement with a “graduation” date in mind. Most businesses elect to work with us for 18 months.
Clients spend an average of $3,000 per month with INCIFY, working with a team of coaches and trainers to learn how to succeed with SEO. Some clients choose more intensive programs that move more quickly and cost more.
Often, clients also elect to work with us on additional projects like website and blog redesigns, automation, and ongoing website performance optimization, which come with additional costs.
Can I hire INCIFY to train my internal marketing team?
Time and time again, we’ve seen that the best results happen when companies take ownership of their marketing and sales success. We teach you to do this with patient, structured learning tailored to your needs.
You know your business and your customers better than anyone else, and this knowledge is critical to producing genuine content and trust-building.
With our guidance, you’ll produce content that turns visitors into customers —and you’ll do so at a much faster and cost-effective rate than if we did it for you.
We will also train your sales team to use this content in the sales process to educate buyers, shorten the sales cycle, and improve close rates.
The only implementation work INCIFY does for clients is SEO (discussed below), and we have a hybrid model (we do part, your team does part) or all exclusive where we take over your SEO.
INCIFY designs and develops complete custom-built SEO programs that put the customers first and before the algorithm.
For an SEO campaign for sites with no existing SEO presence or nothing much done in the past, expect a timeframe of 6-12 months, broken down accordingly:
- Phase 1: Planning and strategy. This is a one-month process and typically costs $2,000. It includes a web assessment covering four major pillars (Technical, On-site, Off-site, UX/UI) with a six-month content plan.
- Phase 2: Foundation. This is a one-to-three-month process and typically costs between $2,000 and $5,000 per month for this time. It costs more because of the heavy focus on development, technical SEO implementation, Link building, outreach, messaging, data tracking, SMART goals. We use They Ask, You Answer, and StoryBrand best practices to ensure your content delivers the right experience for your customers.
- Phase 3: Training and improvements. This phase typically starts at $2,000 per month but can go up based on how many links and content development a client needs. This can go on as long as a client prefers. The INCIFY team will work with the client to optimize your website’s conversion paths, landing pages, and content based on the data we’ve collected.
It’s important to remember that your SEO should never be considered “finished.” INCIFY will give you the training you need to monitor and update your site long after you finish your engagement with us, and we will put a plan that keeps your content and backlinks going so that your site authority grows and you expand your keywords ranking universe.
Any SEO project comes with many variables that can affect the price. On average, custom SEO campaigns cost between $16,000 and $80,000 a year, depending on the complexity of the site and the length of the Phase 3 retainer.
